Dead on arrival items can be returned for refund, in the following 15 days after reception.
Clothes, intimate food, drugs can't be returned

Shipping policies;

Refund for items not received after 60 business days.
Christmas shipped from other countries are taking from 15 to 34 business days to reach you. Can be longer at Christmas time
REFUND:
If not in love with the product you bought, you can return for full refund.
