Loaf Pan with Sliding Lid - The pan's tall, straight sides and lid prevent your sandwich bread from "mushrooming" into a loaf whose slices can be hard to cram into the toaster. Instead, your bread will be perfectly a space-efficient square shape
Tall-sided 8.5" x 4" pain de mie pan - 4.6in sidewalls offers extra rising support for slack yeast dough or any dough that might benefit from tall sidewalls to lean on during rising and baking. The bottom vent hole is for good air circulation to heat dough evenly. Recommended to use parchment when baking with batter
Perfect Square Slices - Do your swirl loaves ever exhibit an annoying gap between filling and bread? Place your favorite filled swirl bread in a Pullman pan, add the lid, and the bread will bake to perfection
Lid or no lid? - For quick bread or traditional raised cake that doesn't need the pan's lid. Set the lid aside if your quick bread or cake has any kind of topping (e.g., streusel or cinnamon-sugar)
A Must-Have Kitchen Bakeware - Despite their specialized name, these rectangular pans are extremely adaptable to cooking, freezing, desserts, and more. Great for meatloaf, lasagna, baked ziti, pie, or chicken pot pie
he bread pan, also called a loaf pan, is a kitchen utensil in the form of a container in which bread is baked. Its function is to shape bread while it is rising during baking. With its common bread pan loaf shape, or narrow rectangle, a convenient form that enables uniform slicing.
Perfect for sandwiches, Texas toast, French toast (Brioche), Flat American gold brick toast, Hump-shaped English toast, organic Dark Rye grain bread, traditional pain de mie loaf (a fine-grained yeast loaf also known as a Pullman loaf).
Note: When baking with batter, parchment is recommended
Maximum Baking Temperature: Resistant up to 450-degree Fahrenheit (230-degree Celsius). However Not recommend baking at a temperature above 400 Fahrenheit (200-degree Celsius) for more than 30 minutes, or baking with an empty pan
Maintenance Tips:
1. Oven and fridge safe. It's recommended to wipe with a thin layer of oil on its surface before first-time use to avoid burning, the non-stick coating needs regular maintenance
2. For maintenance, brush butter or oil on the surface of the pan then put into the oven at 300-degree Fahrenheit (150-degree Celsius) for 5 minutes, then wipe away with tissue paper after cooling
3. Do NOT put the pan in the Dishwasher, Hand-wash is recommended. Avoid soaking the pan in water or using the abrasive rush when cleaning in order to extend the longevity
4. If the pan gets very greasy you can use baking soda, soap, and water mix to remove the grease and hard stains
